Snel sweetened for whipping is already sweetened, ready to whip and to use for fillings, toppings and cake decorations.
Thanks to its UHT technology, Snel azucarada para montarhas 12 month shelf life and does not need refrigerated storage (Room temperature below +20°C).
For best results refrigerate the product before whipping between +8° and +12°C.
Provides a nice flavour, a creamy texture and a pleasant white colour.
It can be whipped alone or with other ingredients: more sugar, dairy cream, custard cream, cocoa powder, chocolate, jams, flavours, liqueurs, aromas and colorants.
